Blue Ridge Blonde
A crisp and fruity cider born and bred in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, using a blend of the finest local Golden Delicious, Red Delicious and Granny Smith apples. A light cider that is pale straw-colored and clean-tasting with a bright taste of fresh apples that finishes with luscious pear notes.
Bolder than many, more assertive than most! A fusion of tannic apple flavors derived from a blend of locally grown apples creates a highly sessionable, copper-colored cider with hints of caramel, molasses, butterscotch, and raisins.
A crisp, fruity and effervescent cider that is handcrafted to enjoy year-round. Our Black Cherry Hard Apple Cider is created using only the finest locally grown apples, and infused with black cherries, to produce a serenely smooth and sessionable cider.
Our Award Winning Paddy Green Cider dry hopped with Lemondrop and Idaho 7 hops for a dry, slightly tart cider with a citrus pop.

Light Cider Done Right
Light Cider Done Right features rotational varieties of “light” ciders made with 100% Granny Smith Apples. Each variety is blended with a burst of natural fruit for optimal balance, taste, low calorie and low carbs.
This cider is sure to send your taste buds into a tizzy! The cider making process includes fresh blueberries along with a blend of three local apple varities. These berries are broken open during mid fermentation and as expected, tons of flavor and tannins create a perfectly balanced Apple Blueberry Cider.
A blend of cherries, apples, and a twist of lime made into a very sessionable cider beverage. During our fermentation process, we add cherries and lime zest to our Blue Ridge Blonde recipe to create the perfect combination of flavors. Not too tart. Not too dry. Perfect to enjoy any time of year.
Fire on the Mountain
A sure sign of summer is the glow of campfires and the epic sunsets over mountain ridges. To kick off summer, enjoy our Fire on the Mountain, a raspberry and blueberry crisp cider with a burst of berry and vanilla crumble.

The Golden Kiwi fruit taste has often been described as a cross between a strawberry and a mango. These fruits are natively grown in New Zealand and southern parts of Italy but have been found to be grown in the southeastern United States. Our three apple Blue Ridge Blonde base perfectly blended with this fruit lends itself to a nice semi-sweet “warm weather” sessionable cider.
Ginger Gold Peach
The Ginger Gold is famous as the apple that Hurricane Camille brought forth alongwith devastating floods to Nelson County, Virginia in 1969. In recovering the few surviving trees around the edge of one Winesap orchard, it was found that the parents to be Golden Delicious and Albemarle Pippin. Utilizing all natural peaches with this native apple we are able to produce a proper Peach Infused Hard Cider.
Ginger Gold Blackberry

Into the Orchard
Perfect blend of Cinnamon, All Spice, Cloves all fermented with our Molasses Amber Base. Pops off the tongue with the perfect carbonation and flavor. Dry, but not too dry… served cold, room temp, or heated up for our Famous, “Hot Toadies”.
