Visit our 2,000 square foot tap room in the heart of the Genessee Valley Regional Market and taste the difference. 100% of our Apples are sourced in Western, NY and our manufacturing / fermenting is right in the same market. We are a Dry to Semi-Sweet Hard Cider Company… We believe that sweet ciders should be left up to the industrial cideries that mass market and try to “fake” their way through the process. Cheers!
